From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a luxurious atmosphere , from the upscale room amenities to the spa's exclusive treatments. the customer service staff was wonderful and accommodating, offering insight into the nearby attractions and providing an exceptional in, room breakfast experience. The hotel's Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of services, including a steam room, sauna and massage treatments, which were all top, notch. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was with the outdoor swimming pool, which could have been cleaner.

The hotel is situated in a lively part of the city, surrounded by tall buildings and plenty of shops and eateries. The nearby street shops offer great deals if you're willing to haggle. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with an electric kettle, iron, and a good selection of tea. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Sadly, the windows in the rooms and the building exterior could use some thorough cleaning.

Great location, safe and family-friendly area. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Helpful staff, especially Ozkan, who assisted with luggage and parking. Friendly and accommodating service. Useful amenities like luggage scale and tape. Fast and reliable wifi.

Wonderful service. The concierge was very helpful in getting us tickets to a local attraction. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the room was clean and comfortable. a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were first-rate, including a sauna and hammam. The breakfast was delicious!
